So my contract with Frontpoint is over next month. I have 0 issues with Frontpoint in regards to customer service and responsiveness. However, due to my home automation tie in’s I am forced to their highest tier at 49.99/month.
I have called in and the best they will do is cut 10/month off if I resign a 36 month agreement.
I have a lot of Alarm.com equipment, and was looking at some options for cheaper monitoring. Also, I can’t seem to find if it’s possible to take my Frontpoint panel over to another alarm.com vendor or if that would need to be replaced.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
