This is my first post ever, so we’ll see how this goes. But I’m so excited and just had to share with someone. I’ve been following this story since I first heard it on the In The Dark podcast. I truly believe this man is innocent but has been beaten down by the racist Mississippi court system. I’m so excited this story has received the attention it deserves and he’s had his 6th conviction overturned!!!
Update: I was scared to submit my first post. I’m new to Reddit and still figuring it all out. Ive really appreciated the conversation that followed and hearing the different points of view. Maybe racist Mississippi court system wasn’t the perfect word choice but so be it.
