More than three years ago, 30-year-old Eddie Lovely was found lying on a Northeast Side sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
Paramedics pronounced Lovely dead a short time after his body was discovered. His fatal shooting remains unsolved.
To that end, Columbus police and Central Ohio Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help finding suspects in the Northeast Side man’s death.
Two people in a passing car spotted Lovely’s body around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 6, 2016, on the 2300 block of Marcia Drive.
One of them called 911 and said the man was surrounded by blood.
Lovely lived just a few blocks from the spot where his body was found.
Police have no suspects in the fatal shooting.
