A man was shot on Thursday afternoon in the East Village — possibly by a BB gun, authorities said.
The unidentified victim was hit at the intersection of Loisaida Avenue and 10th Street at around 3:30 p.m., cops said.
The shooter fled on 10th Street but was quickly cuffed by police and arrested on pending charges, cops said. His name was not released.
